Media exposure

press releases [or articles under a client's by-line], the arrangement
of conferences and other events that introduce selected journalists
and the development of productive relationships with these media.

Analysis of an organisation's current public relations and marketing
activity and advice on the most effective strategies to help fulfill
the client's particular communication or marketing objective.
Qualitative research
Effective communication programs are based on sound knowledge of the
target audiences. This knowledge is best acquired through attitudinal
research among a sample of the audiences. Integrating all key research
elements - survey design, implementation and analysis.
Risk or issue management
Identification of potential risks to a client's business and advice
on the procedures for anticipating and minimising negative public reaction
as a result of any mishap involving the organisation. Such mishaps include
product failures, environmental damage, accidents and financial setbacks.
Publications management
Project management and advice on the design and printing of all types
of corporate material, including brochures, newsletters, customer magazines,
reports, etc.
